Another great weekend of Racing, big thanks to Phil, Dwayne and Shawn to get the skis ready for the Sounder. I was really impressed by everyone's effort at the race and found a few things that we can work on before the big races in March.
This week is all about racing, come prepared to put down your best efforts.
This weeks Plan
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Hardwood 5-7pm Classic ski technique
Wednesday 4:30pm Van and trailer leave from Hardwood for Ottawa
Thursday
10am Pre- ski2pm pre- ski
4pm Skis have to be to wax area ( Name on skis, green tape on skis with name and category) Prepared with LF6 Scraped
5pm pre-ski
7pm - Team meeting
Friday - Sunday - I will post this schedule once I know the starting times for the races
