Hi All

The feedback has been good about the program, we are going to throw-down a bit of power this weekend.

The training this week is:

Tuesday - 5pm HSB  Strength at Hardwood
Saturday - 9am HSB Roller ski + strength circuit + ski walk

No practice on Sunday this week
