Sorry for the late post, I had 2 very busy nights with very little sleep.
Here is the training for the week, if you are racing today then let me know and I may make an adjustment to your schedule
The goal this week it to get some time on snow and focus on technique
Key things to focus on are:
- High hands
- hips forward
- weight on ball of feet
- quick initiation
- maximum efficiency by gliding
We will look at technique at our sessions this week

Tuesday 5-7pm Hardwood ski and bike - National and Provincial Classic skiing
Wednesday 5-7 Hardwood ski and bike - Junior session - classic ski
Thursday 5-7 Hardwood ski and bike - National and Provincial Skate
