Here we are at the end of the season, I hope you have enjoyed the season I had a great time working with all of the athletes this season. For the keeners out there I would recommend some of the following event to do for fun:
“Tour of Hardwood” on Saturday March 14
The
proposed route is to ski one or two laps of the ENTIRE Hardwood trail system.

Tour = 36 km

Tours = 72 km
We
will start as a group, and try to stay as group, for a mild to moderate paced
ski at 8:30 am. The route would be to start on Meadowlands, then all of the
Olympic System, then all of the Recreational System including Wiggly extension.
Food
and bottles can be left by the sign board for rest stops and refuel. You can
ski any technique and take as many breaks and change equipment etc. etc.
This is NOT a race!!!! There will be no bibs, no timing, no rules, and
nobody will ever care J

For training just put on the skis and get out as much as you possibly can.
