So it is time for Easterns already.
The prep is pretty easy this week,
Monday - off
Tuesday - Short Distance (60 - 90 min) + 30 min Strength
Wednesday - Medium distance (1 to 2 hours) easy
Thursday - Pre-race (Ski the course with some sprints)
Friday - Race your heart out
Saturday - Race some more
Sunday - Race even more
Look forward to seeing everyone this week, good luck on exams
