I have posted the training at http://teamhardwoodnational.blogspot.ca/ for preparation for the upcoming races at Duntroon, if you click on the picture you will see Provincial in the last column to the right.
The schedule is a bit mixed up but it has been set like that to be the best for the preparation for the Ontario Cups
In the written schedule there is a back-up plan in the case of no snow,
