So I really did not change the training very much since it is going to be a dryland week and I think that the bounding is super important.
Challenge
Try to add 2 hours this week to your regular training, it might be tough to squeeze it in but give it a try.
Team training
Tuesday - 5pm HSB bounding strength
Thursday - 5pm HSB Power
Saturday - 9am HSB Intensity
Sunday - 9am ??? Distance somewhere
