Sept 15- 21

Hi All

So we are starting things off with base training for the next couple of weeks, this will include, some short easy distance runs, 2 strength workouts, 1 intensity and 1 roller ski long distance if possible

Team Training

Tuesday 5pm HSB - Strength
Saturday 9am Mount St. Louis - Hills - need running poles
Sunday 9am HSB - distance

For those of you in Toronto I would recommend a 90 min roller ski at Downsview this week
