Sorry about the late post, hope everyone enjoyed the session with Erin, I look forward to hearing all about it.
We are back to training as usual this week for the Juniors
Thursday 5-7 at Hardwood where we will work on getting fit ad building strength
Saturday 9-12pm Hardwood - Please bring your roller ski equipment, running shoes and warm clothes so that we are ready for anything.
Things to remember
There is an AGM this weekend at 12:30pm, good chance to get connected with the inner workings of the club.
This weekend is picture day so bring all your hardwood gear so that we can get some good team and group photos
Training This week
I will update the training plan on Wednesday.
For tomorrow I would like you to do a combined fitness and strength workout so that you stay fit for when we get snow.
A good workout is to do a 45 min run and this cardio / strength workout
