Hi All

Hope you had a good day off, here is a plan for the week with an awesome camp this weekend to get you ready for the winter.

Looking forward to an amazing camp, we are going to have a ton of fun.

Training this week

Monday - Off
Tuesday - Strength and cardio
Wednesday - 60 - 90 min cardio
Thursday - Cardio - roller ski perferably
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Camp

Camp Notes


Shuttle 
I will leave Georgian at 2pm on Friday and Shuttle will leave Yorkdale at 3:30pm, not sure where, please txt me to see where I am 705 727-6039
We will stop to get Finn at around 4:20 all going well and be at Hardwood by 5:00pm

Camp Schedule

Friday
5-7 pm Strength, agility, erg challenge, bounding and core
7-:30 pm dinner
8-10 - glow in the dark capture the flag

Saturday
8am - 3-4 hour roller ski / ski walking tour
12pm - lunch
3pm - wax clinic
4pm - Dryland ski technique
6pm - dinner
7pm - evening activities
9pm - Seabiscuit (for real this time!!)

Sunday
8am - roller ski to horseshoe
10am - tree top trekking
1pm lunch
3pm pick-up

Things to Bring

Roller ski - skate (boots, poles, helmet, bright shirt, anything else you use)
running shoes and ski walk poles
rain gear - be ready for rain
sleeping bag
Mattress
Training clothes
warm evening clothes
rock skis (I mean like the most scratched up ones you have)
snacks and sport drink
medications if you have them
all the usual training camp stuff like towel, tooth brush, underwear, socks, toque, gloves
