November 3-9

Hi All

Sorry for the late post, got in quite late last night and was pretty beat.  I had a great trip to Canmore and brought home a bunch of great information.

I have changed the training categories of the program to: Light, Active, Base, Base +

I would suggest you try to do the following 8 week rotation between now and Christmas

Week 1 - light
Week 2 - active
Week 3 - base
Week 4 - active
Week 5 - base +
Week 6 - light
Week 7 - base
Week 8 - base +

If you feel good perhaps you can do a "base" week where if you feeling a little tired or have a tough week at school you could drop to an "active" week.

Thursday sessions are open to all senior team hardwood athletes, if you are in the area feel free to come on out and train with the team.

Training this week at Hardwood

Tuesday 5pm - bounding strength (Erg and bounding)
Thursday 5pm - gym strength
Saturday 9am - Erg sprints (go hard)
Sunday 9am - Distance
